What You Should Know

At Y Not Beauty, we want our clients to feel informed throughout their entire experience with us. To help, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions for quick answers. If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to us at any time!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    At Y Not Beauty, we understand that last-minute changes in your schedule can occur, which is why we are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you provide our team with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This will provide us with enough time to schedule another client who may wish to undergo one of our treatments and services in your spot. 


    However, please note that any canceled or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours prior to your booked appointment with us will be subject to a cancelation fee that will be due immediately.

  • I'm going to be late, what should I do?

    If you are running late to your appointment, Y Not Beauty is happy to hold your spot for 15 minutes after your appointment is scheduled to begin, provided that you call in advance and let us know that you are going to be late. 


    However, if you are late, please note that your aesthetician may have to alter your treatment plan to ensure your appointment does not affect other clients that have booked after you. 


    Please also note that anything past 15 minutes will be considered a ‘no show’ and will result in an automatic fee that will be due immediately.

  • What are your spa rules?

    At Y Not Beauty, we are committed to providing clients with a relaxing atmosphere where they can comfortably unwind during their day, which is why we ask that clients please take note of the following spa etiquette rules to ensure all clients are respectful of one another and our staff during their experience with us. 

    • Please wear comfortable, loose clothing to your appointment to ensure your ultimate comfort at all times 
    • Please put your cell phones on silent or turn them off to maintain the low-volume ambiance of the spa 
    • Please leave any valuables and belongings at home as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items 
    • Please do not bring small children into the spa as it can disrupt the experience of other clients 
    • If you do need to bring your child with you, they must be accompanied by another responsible adult at all times

  • Do you take walk-in appointments?

    At Y Not Beauty, we believe all clients deserve to indulge in luxury treatments for affordable results. However, as our beauty bar and spa take several clients throughout the day, we will not be able to accommodate walk-in appointments at this time. 


    However, if you are looking to receive one of our treatments or services the same day, we ask that you call in advance to speak with one of our friendly team members as they will be able to inform you if we have any spots available in our calendar.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We are happy to accept the following payment methods for all treatments and services offered by our beauty bar and day spa:

    • Debit Card 
    • Cash 
    • Gift Certificates*

    * Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be traded in for money back. 


    Please note that, at this time, we do not accept payment plans. All payments will be due at the end of your appointment.
